Hear the sound; Listen to the words

Trail it; Walk towards it

Strong heart; believing

Strong mind; discerning

Strong body; walking...

Walk down the path

Silence

Unintentional, yet intentional

Personal, yet more impersonal

Again on this path I tread

Again on this path I am place

My sunlight, my moon

Right yet wrong

Seemingly eager, yet more withhold

Again this face I see

Again this face I'm given

I run towards the end

I jump out of the path

I build ram, I build guns,

I build whatever else seemed able to get me through

Again the irritation I see

Pain and the hurt

The sun burns out and the moon loses her light

Again rain falls

Again rain never stops

Anger and rage

Burning and cooling, burning and cooling

Was there something else churning?

Or existing displeasure of the dead star?

Again we walk this path

Again we never spoke

Again the silence

Sing to the birds
Sing to the trees
Sing to the people
All around me

See the days
See the times
See the future
That's to come

Open your eyes
Open your ears
Open your hearts
To those you hold dear

Speak your truth
Speak your feeling
Speak your heart out
No more avoiding

Accept the present
Learn the past
Fight the future
Live hard

Follow the light
Follow the spirit
Follow the direction
The narrow path

May the Lord giude all of us in this year, leading us to do more than we have ever done, allowing us to experience more of Him that we ever did.
